All the price war did was accelerate awareness... not alter the dynamic... which is shifting from "control" by price setters to "control" by "what are we gonna do with all this crap" ? I think right now people are only just becoming aware of the scale of disruption the virus causes... the oil surplus is going to have all the tankers filled by May... that's why DHT... rates ARE rising... and then in May... negative prices for oil... paying people to take it... ? Smart ship owners will wait until May... then tell them... I'll take it off your hands, but... it'll cost you... load the boats for free... U.S. a larger consumer... and impact here just starting ?
