I HOPE it's to CITIZENS ONLY Yeah .. there's the rub .. I'm sure some of the discussion in DC is how to most efficiently get cash to the folks that should get it; while minimizing waste and the opportunity for fraud .. Retirees are easy .. Social Security can just add a "bonus" to everyone's normal payout .. That could happen tomorrow as the distribution system is in place and functional .. We'll find out what they come up with sooner rather than later .. Triff ..
