TK,

I called the New York # first (212-858-4000) and was cut off twice after being shuttled around to different people numerous times. So I tried the Wash. D.C. # 202-728-8000 and spoke with a woman whose name I didn't catch and didn't think to ask for. Nor did I think to ask for something in writing to verify what she told me.

What had they told you? Can you refer me to your original post?
