JP - I never said the engineers were being laid off, just that advertised jobs were pulled. Not the same. Also, doesn't take a genius to see less earnings --> shrinking business --> layoffs, especially when those statements are coming from the company itself. I agree on your description of lawyers, though I think you are too kind. If the lawyers get paid only if (former and present) shareholders participate in the lawsuits, I for one will not do so. Let's see how earnings and the conference call go. Critical is the progress and features of their next generation chips, whether developed or bought. Mark.
