JP - I never said the engineers were being laid off, just that advertised jobs were pulled. Not the same. Also, doesn't take a genius to see less earnings --> shrinking business --> layoffs, especially when those statements are coming from the company itself.

I agree on your description of lawyers, though I think you are too kind. If the lawyers get paid only if (former and present) shareholders participate in the lawsuits, I for one will not do so.

Let's see how earnings and the conference call go. Critical is the progress and features of their next generation chips, whether developed or bought.
