Locogringo, Trump didn't disband the pandemic preparedness organization in the government. Instead, he made it more efficient by consolidating the various knowledge groups so they were working together It's debatable whether Trump's reorg should have been done in the first place and whether that reorg hurt the government's overall ability to handle pandemics. But in crises like this, the finger always has to be pointed, and Democrats need to follow the narrative of #orangemanbad . So they point to this move, exaggerate it, turn a fact into a lie, and use the old second-guessing play right out of the playbook. All because they learned never to let a serious crisis go to waste.
