RB:

Its not a bad idea to send a message to the webmistress, but
I am almost positive she won't take any action. I have tried
the same arguement with her with all of the other bozos that
have been here, but with no results.

Apparently, Valuespec has a need to feel important here due to
his own inadequacies in life. If his intentions are anything but
bashing, he will use the new thread. But, I suspect that he
has no class and will continue his masturbation here.

G'Day, Franklin Folk. For those of you who were frustrated in trying to make your reservations at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza Hotel, everything should now be in order. After negotiating for the number of rooms we would guarantee, the rate for single/double occupancy will be $107 per night. Please call them directly at 805-497-9991 and identify yourself as attending the Franklin Annual Meeting. If you have already made reservations, you will be grandfathered into this rate. (For those of you in this category, I have a list from the hotel and plan to call you individually. If you've already made reservations and don't hear from me by tomorrow afternoon, please call me.)PLEASE NOTE: To obtain the reduced rate, you must make your reservations BEFORE FEBRUARY 5th. AFTER THAT DATE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE REGULAR RATE OF $165 PER NIGHT. If you e-mailed me of your intentions to come, thank you for your response but you must call the hotel directly to make your reservations.
We look forward to meeting with all of you who are able to attend!
Best regards,
Helen West

Raleigh, whearas your intentions might be good, I plan to post my thoughts on FTEL in this board, or any appropriate board I choose. If you look back to most of my posts today, for instance, you will see I was commenting or answering questions to posts on this board.

I hope that in the future, you and others can stop the name calling and get back to discussing FTEL. Instead of me talking about FTEL, I would encourage you, and others, to talk about FTEL and what exactly you are looking for from them in the next six months. I'd particularly be interested in your revenue/earnings projections for the next six months. IF you give them, we can see what kind of progress they are making against expectations. I'll record your estimates in my website for all to track.

I know Raleigh expects FTEL to be in the forefront of its industry, but what exactly does that mean? I feel he's alluded to big numbers in the past, but I don't understand why he won't go out and state his guesstimates so we can track them.

If that is unfair, or harassment to ask of someone, then I guess I'm guilty of harassment. I also believe that if you can't give guesstimates then your analysis is just words, maybe even just hype.

FTEL: $ 5.03b $ 5.12a

Chris, I appreciate your willingness to coordinate a private E-mail list, however I think RB's suggestion is the best. SI has to address the underlying problem here. By creating an appropriate thread for dissenting views we can leave this thread for the exchange of credible information; either good or bad. If Valuespec and his pals persist in their efforts to discredit Franklin and malign the character of Frank Peters, without intervention by SI, then I will be looking for another investment forum as well. The creation of a thread to spew their half baked opinions will serve to expose their true intent if they refuse to use it. The rest is up to SI. Bill
