Italians use a lot of garlic, but always cook it. I know Gilroy, having spent much time of my business life in Silicon Valley 1969 - 2013 and yes, they grow great garlic down there. Now, I just quoted a joke, garlic smells are supposed to keep the distance from and between people, right? Good for keeping the Corona virus at large!
Of course it wouldn't work in Korea, where Kimchi is part of everybody's diet.
Ever been flying on Korean Airlines? ... Well, I quit it here, these days even jokes must be PC.
