Here's good news from Italy.

Coronavirus Italy: Town stopped outbreak by testing rigorously ...

Small Italian town of 3,300 people cuts coronavirus cases to zero after authorities forced the WHOLE population to have repeated tests
Vo' Euganeo, just 30 miles (50km) from Venice, has around 3,300 residents
Authorities closed it to the rest of Italy and did mass testing in mid-February
All those with positive swabs for COVID-19 were quarantined
Two weeks later coronavirus cases had reduced by 12 times to 0.25 per cent
The opposite strategy is being used in UK, with testing only done in hospitals
Coronavirus symptoms: what are they and should you see a doctor?

Coincidentally, the same amount of time in which we’ve been able to process thousands of specimens from symptomatic individuals.

Prediction: Many, may more cases diagnosed tomorrow.

Without random testing to get a statistical baseline, we're practically blind. The testing delay cost us dearly.
