We're closing in on capitulation... at least as far as buyers and sellers of stocks. The circuit breakers popping before the market even opens... sort of disrupts the rhythm of the function... will even lead soon to a new complacency in the face of it, rather than the emotion of surrender in capitulation. But, notice, we are no where near capitulation among those in power, who've created and amplified the problem... still unwilling to admit "we got that wrong" or "that really didn't work" ?
