for serious patients, especially those in 80's not much can do, Italy has a lot of serious patients. After ventilator, and full blown immune response--really need anti-inflammatory and treatment alternatives. IL-6 antibody scale up to blockbuster size is not fish in a barrel. Need small molecule drugs. Team France and MSM have shat on ibuprofen, but not acetaminophen etc. Have so many patients, they must try drug regimens for those who have nothing left to lose..

I am hopeful for US less serious,,, testing and diagnosis early can lead way for better care and more SK outcome

Am convinced prophylactic drug therapy even if 50% effective is 75-95% effective at flattening the curve. No way to test except on selves.

Am not convinced systemic architecture has planned for 100 X blockbuster demand, officialdoms much be convinced, contingency liabilities, paperwork, ramp up, who gets what and when... all problematic for drugs on horizon.

Right now we are in the weeds, I think this will turn bigly before fall.

Am posting a lot of papers from team China. They are really doing their best to help solve this crisis.

Geopolitics and OBOR policy decisions aside,

Italy has 30% lower spread rate for influenza the US and it’s much more tropical than Wuhan,,, I believe.

Hard for me to make bets on team USA. The scorecard changes too fast
