They all have debt payments to make and revenues at current prices won't cover those expenses

Pipeline company revenues depend on volumes or value of transport? If the price of oil falls, the pipeline company receives less revenue for the same volume?

You wouldn't happen to know how OKE's bond bond offering went would you? They had a spread of various durations that were offered the Wednesday or Thursday before the weekend Saudi/Russia price war but the settlement date was the Tuesday after the oil prices collapsed.
If they pulled it off, they might be ok but if everyone backed out, then things could be a lot different.
ET doesn't have anything coming up this year but has 1.5 Billion due next year. I think they have another 3.5 billion in 2022.
With prices already so low, I don't see why they couldn't just suspend the dividend and start paying off all the debt to ensure they can weather the storm.
