Dumbass- we did JUST start testing people en masse- because of your fat orange turd of a president. Should have started sooner and with less fuckups. But when you've got a fuckwit in the WH supported by a team of asskissing fuckwits, mistakes will happen.

It has been months since this thing started. I guess we had to wait until Oscar Health was ready to go... Still, the ratio of deaths/recovered is more characteristic of the beginnings of the infection than one that has been established for months. Why is that?
