At Amazon I couldn't keep track of who was Mexican, Guatemalan, Honduran, Costa Rican, Puerto Rican, Dominican, Chilean, Peruvian, etc. My solution was to refer to them all as Spanish (speaking).

The libtard participants of the sewer thread, especially Brumelda can’t quite get their pinheads around this dilemma. Can a Chinesee makes a cheeseburger with a side of French Fries, is this even possible? If it is legal and morally possible should it be called “Culturally Misappropriated Asian Cuisine”? I would eat there if it was in a gentrified neighbourhood. A friend wants to start a restaurant, this endeavour has a smaller success rate than selling the farm to go mining for gold. I’m going to recommend she use Culturally Misappropriated Asian Cuisine as the name for her new dining establishment.
