That's not the point, even if true. The point is not a comparison of the shape we're in and the shape we would likely have been in with a competent head of state.


Have you any idea what “an order of magnitude worse” would mean, and on what the nitwit author based that remark?


That usage is IMO either misusage or hyperbole. Misusage on the order of the way "decimate" is now misused to mean devastate. From the hyperbole angle, "dramaticaly worse" would have been better. It's hard to criticize hyperbole, though, when the target of the statement is mr. hyperbole, himself, Trump.
