This is already a given, and China knows it. It's not just American production, either.

True but the Foxconn's of China bought billions worth of equipment from around the world and the majority from the US. It will be interesting to see where all these companies relocate their manufacturing. Where else are you going to find millions of people willing to assemble iPhones? Of course better engineering could design products that could be assembled using automation and be located here. Too much of the world supply chain comes from China because of weak/short sighted management. This will take a while but could also be very opportunistic.

the chi coms moved 100s of millions of chinese peasants from the country side to new cities where they can work in production plants if there is no work (money for the chi coms) these peasants will starve and revolt. the leadership knows this. there will be a massive civil was in china
