Mindmeld, I was talking about the National Defense Act, which is usually invoked to counter a foreign threat. I don't even know what the National Defense Act is. I had to Google that to find an old act signed into law back in 1916. Long-term, we will have to deal with China, and not with bunnies and rainbows like the Democrats want, especially Joe "You're full of shit" Biden. For now, we need to help the American people, and pointing fingers isn't going to help. Like I said, the coronavirus is now global. It's domestic. It's local.
