Trump relies on his large Obama fan filled bureaucracy to implement his orders. The CDC itself was so focused on being woke instead of doing their damned jobs that they couldn't get the testing processes fixed to do mass testing. The CDC is filled with Obama appointees. And of course, you guys are trying to blame Trump for that, even though the Obama and Hillary appointees through the entire government bureaucracy have long ago joined "The Resistance" and done everything in their power to stymie Trump at every turn, including trying to foment a coup against him. So no, the fault lies with the Democrats who put party over country and despise the Deplorables so much that you'd rather see us die than do what is right for the American people. Shame on you.
