What a load of bullshit. If there weren't already some countries out there that have successfully handled the virus you might have a point, but since there are, you don't. You and Scott both have your heads too far up your own asses to follow the news outside this country, I guess. How's the weather in your colon?

Oh for heavens sake....

Everyone’s a genius when it comes to looking backwards. No one on earth KNEW what to do and exactly when to do it. And when we are done, we still won’t know. Judge the corrections.

And that is why disbanding the group that focused on pandemic preparation and the other group that focused on researching viruses that might jump from animals to humans were big mistakes. Trump said, he doesn't like just paying people who just sit around when he disbanded one and defunded the other group. He would just rehire them if they were needed. But they weren't "just sitting around doing nothing". They were in a state of constant planning, research and training. Not unlike the military, which costs a whole lot more than those groups but most of them frequently "do nothing" in an analogous way.

Trump is an idiot. And so are the people who can't see that.

We'd be SO much better off if we could plug Obama into the presidency. As with cleaning up Bush's mess, it would take a while.

We need a leader able not to look backward (or consistently into the mirror) but willing to look forward. A leader willing to take the advice and guidance from CDC and science. Instead at every fork your butt buddy ignores science. It seems to be a particular brain malfunction of many conservatives. The results from the COVID-19 were pretty understandable had someone read up on 1918 flu. So trump failed. He is also failing on the issue of GW which has even more potential to impact our lives ..................but you have to value science to understand these things.

Oh man I miss Obama!!!!!
