Anreas:Since you seem to be wired into the invest scene a lot better than I,what do you make of EP's comment this morning that the 'deal' will be 'accretive'by year end? Can you elaborate on this,please.Should one put a lot of emphasis on it?

Andreas, I was hoping for more capital appreciation in 98 also. But at least we know now why Pfeiffer said lately that he likes to split in order to keep the stock in the 30 dollar range and therefore put the stock into as many investors hands as possible. I guess he knew about the fund managers. I am mostly a long term investor also but even I don't like dead money for a year. Let's hope this does not happen.
