David -- I agree, there is no question that the need for cash was so critical that they have to move quick. The key words to me are "very near future"in the 1st parag , and George's comment that "this financial assistance will allow the company to MOVE FORWARD with the many gaming projects etc". It certainly sounds like the time needed to wait for the cash buildup from the VLT's was not sufficient to move ahead on the other business, especially the Vaprel line where the principals gave them exclusive rights in the USA and probably havent seen the activity develop like they expected. IMHO. I agree that this announcement should not preclude giving out information to the stock holders on the status of the V-Land Lottery project.
