Another question about options in lieu of compensation. How is the option exercise price determined? I have been in a position to receive options who's exercise price could be forgiven by the company!

Ricardo

PS I'm aware of some dramatic company run-ups where much of the key-man compensation was in the form of options, So I actually like the idea. Corky takes a risk also, what if many of his options are exercizable at $7,$8, or $9?

PPS This question (option exercise price formula) may be of interest as one to add to conference call list.
