Did you not read your own source quote? "A woman in Wuhan proved how lethal chloroquine can be when it’s taken beyond the recommended dose." If taken in excess, even aspirin can be dangerous.

Off the presses French study used Hydroxychloroquine 600mg/d only for COVID19. Azithromycin+HOCQ looked even better. But it was a small study with limited follow up of patients. The FDA will not OK it without warnings though.
