It's excusing by dilution. You (baselessly) accused Democrats of doing what Republicans DID... Without damning anyone.

You, on the other hand tried to infer that one republican did it, therefore they're all dirty.
Pretty sure I said four Republicans "did it." Yeah, I'm saying there's a pattern.
