What kind of person goes along with their Party calling something a hoax while they dump millions in stocks because they know they're lying?

@DavidAFrench

The potential insider trading is dreadful and possibly criminal, but what could elevate this to a historic scandal is the idea that senators may have known enough to be alarmed for themselves yet still projected rosy scenarios to the public AND failed to make sure we were ready. twitter.com

To be clear, Sen Loeffler not only dumped stock, illegally using non-public information (allegedly), she used the proceeds to buys stock in a TELEWORKING SOFTWARE company, profiting off the #COVID19-induced collapse of the economy.

@yashar

Crazy thing about Loeffler is...she is so rich she didn’t need to make the stock trades. Not that it would make it ok if she did. But she threw her reputation and career away for a few million dollars in stock trades when she’s worth $500 million
