These are the political talking points the Dems have drawn up. They may want to be carful about politicizing this. Reality? it is a failure of bloated government policy left behind, who knows when, which required a ridiculous FDA approval process and then managed to build a defective test. I don’t think you’re going to get away with yet another attempt at smearing Trump.
