I wonder how many preppers had counted on no-toilet-paper I lived on an island once for a couple of years. Twice in that time, someone started a rumor that there was a TP shortage... and suddenly there was. Required special flights being scheduled to... wipe the shortage fears away... that occurring right along with officialdom railing about how "there is no shortage" only after there very clearly was one. One thing is certain. A lack of toilet paper will make you rethink your priorities...
