You know, one outcome of the pandemic may be the realization that letting these smaller hospitals go bankrupt and close was a bad idea. Especially the ones in rural areas. Because we really need those beds now.

To be clear, this hasn't been Trump's fault, it is something that has been going on for some decades. And the results have caught up with us.
