Yeah, I think Trump was very much aware of that strategy when he was touting only 15 cases in the US....ie if you don't test you have no virus.... When I was in High School I decided to not add any oil to my oil-burner of a car with the theory if you don't add any, you can't burn any.......didn't work out of course, the engine seized....dumped a few quarts in and it recovered.

Well, there is a new strategy to Make America Great Again: It involves testing less, the better for to make us look GREAT! I've already gotten notifications from several hospitals around me saying that. They won't be testing people with mild or no symptoms, to save resources and protect health-workers from unnecessary exposure. I.e. we're still not ready to manage this. fpg
