I travelled to Namibia via South Africa Febr, 6th. Returned same way in the 11th. I felt weak but put it to the stressing time I was going through. But weakness continued for about 2 weeks! Then i have got a flu, which is usual for us to get here between 20 February to Mid March. Symptoms went away in 4 days but I continued feeling weak until mid March. Only last week I returned to the gym and am at 50% of my fitness. I will test when the antibodies testing become widely available just to certify just in case it return next winter. Hope you recover fast.
