Pandemic Patti is the Minister of Health and doesn't speak for the AG or the RCMP. She is parroting what the Liberal caucus is discussing and thinking about (and letting Canadians know just how incompetent they are). Likely will see Emergencies Act tomorrow or Tuesday, locking down Canadians, restricting in country travel and access to gasoline.
