M Dion: That is exactly my point--you do not explain who this guy is (here for all to read). Personally I think you are being a bit paranoid--I mean people/directors/board members get slammed in these forums all the time and who really cares about it. We just wish they actually cared what the investors had to say. These crooks are too busy running off with peoples money. That really is the essence of the problem--they don't care. If you can't discuss it here, don't write it here. END OF TOPIC!! P.S.--Leaving email addresses out in a public place like this often results in getting placed on endless mail lists for junk.
