You guys don't get it! When you stop posting to this guy, he either goes away, or talks to himself. I appreciate worthwhile information on CPQ, be it negative or positive. The key word here is "worthwhile." He has nothing to offer that fits into that category. Stephen

Only "your" service organization. Vanstar, Decision One, and Entex had their own experiences. Each one had differing time frames in which they built their service organization. Your experience is not the rule.
