Also maybe helps prevent viral entry,,, maybe if taken a lot,,,but active drug is hydrochloroquinine,,, binding affinities matter,,, as prophylactic index vs. viral load ,,,, if you don't have enough quinine to prevent virus from binding ACE2 receptors. For trial,, patients were already infected. Zithromax added. Quinine prevents cytokine storm,,, Zithromax prevents flooded lungs from becoming infected, No direct evidence prophylaxis will work. Infected still infected. Maybe infected and survive better,,, if other co-morbidities,,, still a question.
