South Korea has free health care for all its citizens.
So does Europe. "Free health care" didn't help Europe at all. Neither did their socialism.

You have yet to prove to me that socialism is the answer here.

Meanwhile I have plenty of evidence that socialism is a failure. From Venezuela to Cuba to Europe, socialism has failed every single time it has been tried. Even Scandinavia can't keep up their socialist utopia for long.
