No, I don't think so. My concern is, what if cpq drops to $20/ share? The deal changes from what was offer today ($60/share), to a deal worth $48.90! Of course, if cpq goes up, I would think the deal would be worth more than $60/share. In any event, I want to see this spelled out in detail by cpq and dec. I can see us getting screwed big time if something happens between now and when the deal closes. (What can go wrong? Asia tanks again, Clinton, Iraq, bear market, some analysts don't like the deal and tank cpq's stock, etc., etc.)
