If you're such a large shareholder, pick up the phone; call Jenkins; and bitch to him. Or sell your shares, now. The constant reminder of your displeasure with dilution has been made over and over again.> Stu, Couldn't agree more!! BTW - Just got an email from one of the Y2K "gurus" that we often hear about. Apparently he's not as concerned as John. He told me he now has a "big" position in TPRO. Also asked me to say hi to Judith Draper, who's nominated for TPRO's board. Judith had been in charge of Y2K at the Social Security administration. And ... no ... I'm not gonna tell everybody who it is. Cheryl

Stu--- Did you ever think I am enlightning-- not whining. Why are their only a few "bitching" about the dilution? Could it be you do NOT understand what it does to any issue? Look at CPQ today with the purchase dilution that drop with CPQ is it any wonder Jenkins is turning this into a penny stock. Did you ever think to learn what dilution does? Or to think what it is doing to your bottom line--- or do you think it is just great? If you think it is great I have a bridge to show you---. Actually there are MANY reasons to dislike the results of mgmts action/inaction. Lets see a little rise and I will be gone. Please hold as I would not want any others bailing at the same time. I plan on dumping on news---- IF there ever is any. Do you realize a lousey 10K shares will make the price of this stock? Think about what 100K will do,,, or more... take off your shoes and count!
