Michael - I haven't had a chance to redo my model yet. I am waiting to get a transcript of the conference call. Although I haven't done the numbers yet, how did you evaluate OEM sales increasing. I would expect a 1st Q slowdown in overall computer sales which may translate into a lower number of OEM units for IOM (unless you are offsetting that number by a higher inclusion rate). Do you have any numbers for overall sales of computers in the Americas for last quarter and projections for 98 (by quarters?)?

On the positive side, last year we had a stronger than expected carryover of disk sales into the first quarter from 4th Q drive sales. Hopefully we will see something similar again this year. Also - are you making any allowance for increased sales (drives or disks) this quarter as a result of the advertising campaign?

One major adjustment I need to make to my model is developing a different tie ratio for OEM verses retail drive sales.
