I wouldn't be so sure. Voodoo2 will be an expensive add-on product that will add in the vicinity of $300 to an OEM's box. In addition, it will require a separate 2D board (more money). OEM's can all the more easily bundle a RIVA 128 2D/3D solution and save $400-500 off the bottom line.

I wouldn't expect many OEM's to jump on the Voodoo2. Micron maybe, if they update their Fusion 3D package. But, Gateway, Compaq, Dell -- don't count on it.

Voodoo2 is not aimed at the OEM market. It's an aftermarket card aimed at gamers who want the pinnacle of 3D performance and who aren't concerned about cost. Banshee will be the OEM product.
