Thanks Mason,

Besides SVGI, I was under the impression that Nikon was in the number two slot as far as getting some of Intel's scanner business. I am basing that on Nikon being there other major stepper supplier and some old conversations on some other threads with the usual suspects. If you can dig anything up, please let me know.

Is there any truth to the WSJ article which stated..."Major semiconductor manufacturers, such as Intel Corp., are using ASML's wafer steppers as they move to 0.25-micron production technology".
