Having your son go to to his cabin is an excellent idea right now "Pent up demand". Hmm. I think I know what that is. I'm surprised they're not doing a brisk business right now but I suppose the Inslee's stay at home directive is affecting traffic. I found the St.Michelle winery on a google search. They have a very nice selection with only $5.00 shipping. The Gewurztraminer isn't what I'm looking for but I might give it a try anyway. Theirs is fruity with clove and I'm looking for lychee being the dominant flavor. If it's in there, lychee is always prominent on the label. Only one winery ever had it, from Chile, and I haven't been able to find it for years. Love ice wine!! Especially with cheesecake. I have 5 bottles but having had them for about 20 years I'm afraid to open one. White wine just doesn't last that long even with all that sugar and I dread the disappointment. It's not a "sipping wine" which is why I've had it for so long. ...... Our grocery store is offering personal shopping for seniors and other high risk people and they'll bring it to the car. To my surprise when I called them to place an order I was told volunteers were delivering. Jackpot! Of course, they were out of toilet paper.
