That is as good of a source as any.

You just need to account for the facts based on academic research and empirical data.

For example, the mortality rate can be estimated from China (32/810 = 3.9%) which is in the ballpark of WHO estimate of 3.4%.

You can filter out the outliers like Korea, Germany, Iran, Italy or you can just use the global data (4.3%). You need to be careful what data you use. You will get a very scary number if you use the mortality number by the closed cases (14%) that is wrong for many reasons.
