For what it's worth I just want to give a word of support. Handling several *smaller* contracts is exactly what you should do. You know what you can manage and need to be careful not to bite off more than you can chew. You have the technology in hand, it seems, so now you want to make sure you can deliver the goods and ensure customer satisfaction.
