Thanks for mentionioning those Fool posts.

I read those posts on the Fool board, and I also read some discussion following those posts.

One of the Fool's bigger points concerns 'cash', but they fail to note that that cash is at a rate of 9-10% (LIBOR + 3.5%+) and that none of AMZN's cash position was made from earnings (all from IPO or loan). That makes their argument pretty weak in this area.

I think AMZN is a fine company, but very overpriced. I see from your profile you are familiar with other high-flying stocks like RAIN and EGRP. AMZN is no different.
