$36,000,000 for the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (what is that?)

Is floor wax, window dressing ,,, doors, coffee makers,, for some people in some building very far away, but no doubt inside beltway,,, To keep score of university tech transfer officers who sell fancy schmancy University Research to public sector. Because,, after all,,,,, All great discoveries come from Universities.

As always, loads of money from me and other producers and savers given to deadbeats, bludgers, kleptocrats, special friends of officialdom, and public "servants".

Fortunately, I am down to no money so if they dilute 100 to 1 that's okay by me. My houses and shares and cars and chattels will have equivalent 0s added as has happened over the last 50 years of my assets.

We collaborate with researchers, the public and other stakeholder groups to design new approaches and technologies that ultimately will deliver more treatments to more people more quickly. Read more

In other words... in the old days, when the bureaucrats were getting in the way... you fired them.

Now, when the bureaucrats are getting in the way... you hire more bureaucrats to figure out why.
