Could be an interesting position trade which I posted this weekend on another board. PLEASE LOOK THIS OVER. Usually I wouldnt recommend a BB stock, but this one is unusual: SYMBOL : DCTC

Look at TODAY's action. This looks to be a good long termer but since this is a shorter term horizon board I also feel IMO it's a great position trade. Look it over, make a decision. Just wanted to post it to those looking for an interesting long position.

In the past week
(1)they have announced a $5 M buyback program of stock
(2)announced a .01 per share dividend

These 2 events ALONE are very unsual for a BB stock. They show a good cash balance.

-CEO has stated Paine Webber will become a market maker this Thursday.
-Stock buy back begins this thursday or friday
-CEO has stated there are 4 or 5 announcements in the plans.. the 1st 2 were this past week, next one is next week.. and the first 2 already announced are the 'LEAST signifant' of the bunch.

Some other PROS:
-The company is run by a CEO who has been a CFO at a NYSE stock.
-The CEO (Joe Murphy) posts on one of the DCTC thread here at SI.
-Management is very much into increasing shareholder value; they interact with individual shareholders, etc.
-Company overview can be found at its web page. Basically it in telecommunications, calling cards in Europe, real time internet faxes.
-I believe CEO's goal is to take company to NASDAQ and eventually sell the co.
