Could someone help me with a question of finance... The special shareholders vote is in part to set new terms for the preferred stock now outstanding. One of the conditions allowing the preferred to be converted is a stock split, either forward or reverse. Does the fact that a 3:2 split is also proposed mean that, if approved, the preferred can be immediately converted. I don't have either a bullish or bearish point to make; I just need an answer.
