Did they give a reason for the downgrade? It really doesn't make sense based on earnings surprise. The lowering of earnings could be based on restatement of earnings to reflect diluted earnings requirement.

From Buy to Sell:

Are you saying that all 7 analysts that follow the stock per ZACKS went to a sell from moderate buy and hold recommendations.

I wonder if this is a mistake since the street on the 22 was looking for a rally per the news services.

I don't have any statistics, but how accurate are analyst's estimates three, six or more months out. They seem to always revise them as they recieve more info. I take estimates this soon after an earnings report with a grain of salt. The traders eat this stuff up and the stock gets batttered.

In the long run, I believe the stock will reward us (this year). The technology is here to stay and CRUS can be a provider. If they just hold steady and report reasonable earnings for next few quarters the stock should at least hold within a small trading range.
