I think that management set up the distributor relashionship with the intent that the turn around of sales from that pipe would begin and provide the revenue stream to back up the accounting method. I think that when it did not, after the end of the third quarter and then into the fourth quarter, they figured their gamble did not work and they had to come clean or things would be even worse.

The existance and then the lack of visibility to this type of "legal" accounting method is why I included in my complaint to the SEC, a plea to change that particualar accounting practice or at least make it more identifiable with the quarterly reports.

I still have not seen any details that support the notion that the equipment or technology is crap. I have only seen ravings in an altogether valueless post from a person with no background or credibility in this forum. No wonder the established investment comunity tells the news reporters that these types of forums are not useful.
