CLE -4+ on rumor CEO will quit, This is a 1st rate co, and assuming
the rumor is true its a bargin at anything under 17. Also I picked
up some INSO calls the other day based on a strong chart and good upside potential. I was pleased to see it run to 15 1/8 today +1 3/4
before pulling back in a weak NASDAQ mkt. Keep your eye on INSO something appears to be cooking.

Irrational Apprehension........ RON,CDG,ESV ..... Oil service sector. Great opportunities in oil service sector today. I feel that a good strategy would be to trade the LEADERS of this sector, (i.e. the three above) when the oils show a little strength (today late afternoon as I thought they would. I blinked and only got 2 points out the 4 1/2 today for RON), as their earnings come out or even a little bit BEFORE. There is still a shortage of rigs, and the drillers and the suppliers to the drillers can name their price to the exploration companies, who must drill now to meet expected demand increases a few years down the road. It doesn't matter what the price of oil is, you still have to drill for it.. we still need it.

One of things I usually do after one month of earnings season is to collect the companies that have the best outlook and put them in my "hall of fame' to trade over and over again....So far my list is comprised of:

VTS, CLST, ESV (will probably make the list), KEG, RON (will probably make the list) LU, MAVK, SCTC, CPWR, ATI, AVEI, SEBL, XRX,BBY, TSK, QTRN,QCOM,MSPG,JBIL,IRIDF,GSTRF..off my list came PWAV.
