Connect the dots people and see what’s been going on “globally” over the past 3 years or so. There’s your answer The global elites and media are going to milk this for all it is worth given the media and financial capital of the world NYC is the epicenter and in crisis mode while most of the country is not.. Seems beyond the obvious of bringing back manufacturing home from China the big coastal cities like NYC, DC, Boston, SF and LA have way too much power and dominance in media, finance, trade, tech, entertainment, pop culture over the rest of us even though their percentage of the total population keeps shrinking dramatically.... Just the southeast has more people than the northeast corridor and TX now a dominant second to CA
